How many Pull-ups?

Just to keep me motivated I’ve come up with a silly idea. Starting today, well, this week, I will make a note of how many pull-ups I did on my workout that day. Like I’ve said just a silly thing to make things interesting and fun, also for my own tracking. See how I progress and then see where I am at by the end of the year and the total amount recorded.

But like every other idea (and or project) I have, I might drop it without notice or just forget about it. It’s a thing that happens often, either I get distracted or bored or just forget!

That being said, I will try my best to stay on it.

Side note: I’m sure I’ve done more than that but, I don’t remember, therefore they don’t count 🦾😬
